Sydney Desalination Pipeline
The Project involved the design, procurement and construction of the pipeline and pump station infrastructure which links Sydney's new desalination plant to the existing water grid. The 17 km long pipeline and 250 ML/d pump station infrastructure carries water from the plant at Kurnell to the City Tunnel at Erskineville. It traverses Kurnell, Botany Bay and passes through the inner urban areas of Kyeemagh, Tempe, St Peters, Alexandria and Erskineville.
Wakehurst Parkway Gas Pipeline
The Project involved work on an existing medium pressure gas main which extends along the western and northern edge of Wakehurst Parkway between the Frenchs Forest road and Bristol lane. The Project comprised the upgrade of the existing medium pressure gas main to a maximum operating pressure of 1,050 kPa.
